Description

Parker Drilling Company is a provider of contract drilling and drilling-related services. As of December 31, 2009, the Company operated in five business segments: International Drilling, including land drilling and inland barge drilling, United States Drilling, Rental Tools, Project Management and Engineering Services and Construction Contract. The Company also provides services such as Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) services, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and other project management services (such as labor, maintenance and logistics) for operators who own their own drilling rigs and who choose to engage the Company’s technical expertise to perform contracted drilling operations.
